Foreword: I would like to thank some thick-skinned girls in 07S07B for inspiring me to come up with this. I also would like to thank Sir Thomas Stamord Raffles for establishing Raffles Insitutition back in 1823. Without them, I don't think it would be possible for me to come this far, the former being because I won't feel like suaning you so much, and the latter being because then no one would adopt the Kouzes and Posner Leadership Challenge Model in Singapore.
The Raffles Programme has adopted the Kouzes and Posner Leadership Challenge Model in their leadership training programmes. This began with the CCAL Camp of 2004/2005 batch of leaders (for RI at least. Dunno about RGS), and has extended well into RJC . And as a benificiary of the Raffles Programme, I have been moulded into a Thinker, Leader and Pioneer. Thinker coz I thought of this cockster thingy, Leader coz I feel like calling myself one, and Pioneer coz I'm probably the first human ever crapping something about the Leadership Challennge Model like this.
The Kouzes and Posner Leadership Challenge Model "has revealed five practices that are common when leaders are able to make extraordinary things happen. We call these The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. They are:
1. Model the Way
2. Inspire a Shared Vision
3. Challenge the Process
4. Enable Others to Act
5. Encourage the Heart"

In a nutshell The Five Practices of The Cockster and Pornstar's Leading Model® (5PCPLM) is essentially about how to achieve the status of Singapore's Next Top Model (SNTM). Seeing how many girls in 07S07B think they are so damn hot (MUAHAHAHA!!! Inviting trouble, I am), I think the 5PCPLM will be instrumental and pivotal in their pursuit to be SNTM. I'm here to help you, not to suan you actually. So be nice will'ya.
The tenets of the 5PCPLM is based on thorough research by the well-reknowned Dr. Yap (Ph.D Anthopology, Research Paper On Koolios 2006). Once again, his mastery at this subject cannot be denied and all his ideas put forth are irrefutable simply because he has a PHD (Pretty Huge D33k).
...and here I present to you The Five Practices of The Cockster and Pornstar's Leading Model
1. Modelling is the way
2. Inject using a shared needle
3. Challenge the process (yes, it stays)
4. Enable others to do, not act
5. Encourage the pumping of the heart through stimulation
1. MODELLING IS THE WAY
Obviously to be SNTM, you need to be in the modelling industry first. You can take up multiple jobs, but the important thing is for you to at least be a model.
It is imperative that you first get into the modelling industry so people will take notice of you. Even if you're some chiobu, people won't really notice you coz #1) You wear a green skirt and a white blouse and a damn nice school badge which almost the whole of Singapore despises, #2) You're not on magazines (yet, hopefullly. Or maybe not) so older men won't really take notice of you #3) Obviously you need to be a model to before you can become the top model...like DUHH~URRRR...fei hua, as YJ would say. Like to be the best fighter, you need to be a fighter first right?
2. INJECT USING A SHARED NEEDLE
Well, it doesn't make sense, but then again, so does a lot of other things. So for the sake of entertainment, just assume that there is some connection with the whole issue of being SNTM. Randomness seems to be the 'in-thing' these days anyway.
Okay I'm trying to cock something up about sharing needles. Ahhh... Female models are also seen to be an epitome of feminism. Feminism doesn't only include possessing physical beauty right? As some of you girls would argue, beauty transcends beyond looks. And so in order to encapsulate the modern meaning of 'model', I have to redefine the term and include inner beauty.
So what inner beauty am I talking about here? I am referring to the value of sharing. Yes. Sharing. One must not be stingy. So a model must also share.
Wow... Some quality crapping I see. I think I should just move on. Pathetic attempt at humour.
3. CHALLENGE THE PROCESS
Without question and hesitation, this is indubitably everyone's favourite because it encourages us to go against the system. For some inexplicable reason, it seems that everyone just wants to go against the system. It is beginning to feel like we oppose for the sake of opposing - a typical Rafflesian way of life.
How is it relevent in being SNTM? Once again, as models are regarded as the epitome of female beauty, they have to embody what the female population wants. Actually there isn't really anything that the female population of Singapore want I guess... Don't argue with me coz I'm the one with the PHD so stfu. Anyway, what I'm trying to bring across is that the model has to be rebelious and always anti-establishment. So she has to constantly challenge the process...
Yeah... Sense makes? No. Nor do I get what the hell I'm typing.
4. ENABLE OTHERS TO DO, NOT ACT
Doing carries a different connotation than acting. Doing is like, making something...ya'noe... Making something happen. Whereas acting as I see it, is like pretense. Check out the Wan Fook English Dictionary. Don't argue with me again. Remember who has the PHD so stfu.
So a model should actually allow people to make things happen. Not "No Action Talk Only" a.k.a. NATO, which quite a number of girls love to do. Say only will do this and that but in the end never do anything. Which goes to say that some girls in 7B have a long way in becoming SNTM. HOOOO!!! Hey now now don't RAGE at me. This is what I call a self-realisation session. See, I not only have a PHD, a Ph.D in Anthropology, but also a Ph.D in Psychology. And I am a fully-fledged Counsellor (Councillor).
Last but not least,
5. ENCOURAGE THE PUMPING OF THE HEART THROUGH STIMULATION
What is the point of being a female model if you don't parade your assets to the guys, right? Wah freak I think I'm about to go overboard. I think for the well-being of all, I should stop here and not develop my piont, unless you would like to hate me and despise me and look down on me coz I said some really wrong thing. I shall just leave this point to your imagination.
